Track My Order
How to track your order:
- All orders WILL be shipped out within the first five business days after purchase.
When your order shipped, you should have received a Shipping Confirmation email from email@example.com with your tracking number in it.
Can't find your email? Send us a quick note at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll resend it!
- If you do not receive the tracking information within the first five days after purchase, this does NOT mean your order hasn't shipped, it only means we haven't been able to provide tracking.
Why would we be unable to provide tracking as soon as the order ships?
Good question...We fulfill over 10 thousand orders on a daily basis, tracking is provided manually for EACH individual order, which takes our team an average of 5 to 15 days to complete. In the event you do not receive tracking for your parcel within the first five days of purchase, just know that your order has been sent out and our team is working to provide tracking for your order. As we work to increase our staff and improve our services, these time frames will be reduced.
- Once you receive the tracking information, simply open the link provided in your browser, copy the tracking number and paste it in the search bar within the logistics site. ( Some logistics sites may ask for a verification code which they will provide right on the site ). The information provided by the logistics sites may be delayed or outdated at specific times, especially while the shipment is on the move. Please continue to check for updates.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on the shipping option you selected, once an order has been processed and shipped, it can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive ( varies by location ). We will send you a confirmation email once your package has been sent!
(However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your tracking number will be included (If Applicable).
- Please allow more time for delivery during holidays and sales.
- We hope that 'customs' does not hold your package and that you are not approached with any fees but please be aware that we do not cover nor can we be held responsible for delays or charges due to customs/taxes.
